Lee is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Trial Law (1990), with first chair trial experience in over 60 jury trials in federal and state court with a very high success rate. Lee has represented individuals, corporations and local governments in complex disputes involving insurance defense, coverage, professional liability, construction, real estate, employment, civil rights, contracts and other commercial litigation. He has also represented clients in real estate and commercial transactions, including construction contracts, sales agreements and other contracts, real estate contracts, development and financing, as well as in zoning, platting and other commercial matters.
