Jonathan has extensive experience handling first party insurance/bad faith claims as preferred legal counsel for major insurance carriers. Before his family relocated to the North Texas area, he was a shareholder with Mehaffy & Weber in Beaumont, Texas. Jonathan has served as lead counsel in a wide variety of cases, ranging from the simple automobile collision and common slip and fall, to the complex products liability suit, arson claim, or commercial dispute. He also devotes a substantial portion of his practice to contract interpretation and insurance coverage analysis.
