An experienced brief writer, Alex is often retained by trade organizations and businesses to author amicus briefs. Alex also represents both insurers and policyholders in insurance coverage disputes. Assisting clients and attorneys with jurisdictional challenges also comprises a significant portion of Alex's practice.
